Ksar Ezzit is the place where Lassad's inherited knowledge of the olive tree and ANISO's vision become a shared story. Since 1914 our family has lived with this land. The old stone mill and the historic press speak of patience, handwork and a time when quality began at every single tree.
Lassad preserved this knowledge – not just as craft, but as conviction. Since 2005 Ksar Ezzit has continued this heritage as an organic estate. On 440 hectares grow 75,000 olive trees, 100% organic – with living soils, protected biodiversity and deep respect for nature, animals and the seasons.
Here ANISO Kraft Olive is born: from origin, uncompromising quality and genuine love for the olive tree.

Since 1914 the Ksar Ezzit family has preserved this olive land like a living archive. The old stone mill, the historic press and Lassad's knowledge tell of a craft in which quality begins long before the harvest.
Today 75,000 olive trees grow on 440 hectares in a 100% organically managed habitat – together with people, animals, wild plants and the invisible helpers of healthy soil.
