Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of stays, experiences and products of Ksar Ezzit Organic Estate.
Booking and confirmation
A booking only becomes binding upon personal confirmation by the estate. Prices include the applicable taxes.
Payment and cancellation
Payment and cancellation conditions are agreed individually and communicated with the booking confirmation.
Liability
The liability of the estate is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as permitted by law.
