Since 1914 the Ksar Ezzit family has preserved this olive land like a living archive. The old stone mill, the historic press and Lassad's knowledge tell of a craft in which quality begins long before the harvest.
Today 24,976 olive trees grow on 250 hectares in a 100% organically managed habitat – together with people, animals, wild plants and the invisible helpers of healthy soil.
